How fees are calculated: each agreement states the eligible booking-revenue basis the percentage applies to. These are proposed starting rates, not guaranteed market rates.
Cleaning, laundry, restocking, maintenance and vendor costs are billed separately unless included in writing. You keep ownership of your listing and your payouts.
